Popups are a major annoyance that nearly everyone with internet access faces. They can be caused
by spyware and you can check for that. Instructions on how to check for spyware is below.
There is a way to stop most of these popups. First thing needed is to disable Windows Messenger
if using Windows XP, 2000, or NT. The top link below will show you how to do that.
Personally I use Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer and I rarely get popups.
